Two of my domain names have been hijacked by spammers, who impersonate me in their return email addresses, giving me as much as 50,000 returned SPAM emails each day.
I complained to Midphase for months; then they moved me to another server with no discussion, and they cancelled me with no discussion. Oh, they will say they discussed things in detail and sent warnings, but that never happened. These people are incompetent, and then they had the gall to request I use a dedicated server for the 10 - 20 legitimate emails I get each day. | | Open review in new window |

Steer clear of this company! Cheap is not best! Don't be fooled by the professional website they have. After 9 days of bogus answers from tech support I cancelled the account. Well within the 14 day risk free trial. 2 months later, still no refund. No response to email, there phone system does not work. So I called the credit card company and did the only thing I could. Dispute the charge. 6 months later they send a collection agency after me because I disputed the charge. I think 2 months is more then enough to wait for a refund. I got an email confirmation when the account was cancelled so they can't claim I never cancelled it. Bozos. | | Open review in new window |

Yesterday, someone tried a hacking attempt on our site and midPhase suspended the account. That is reasonable. Get this: They want us to buy a new account (hosting package) from them because it's not their fault that all this happened.
Ofcourse, they want us to buy a new account, but they don't give you your money back they took from you two months ago, the first time around.
We don't have access to our account, files, and most importantly our database. Money and the database, and everything we had went down the drain. They don't want to do anything about it.
