Here is my experience with this hosting provider.
When I opened my account with them, their website did not looked the way it looks now. It seems recently they had renovated it. So, during the time of my sign up their logo was 'small network, fast support' or something with that meaning...
Their support is fast. I could not understand why in their File Manager, when you open it, the first page with the folders does not display the list of my domains and I was confused by the 'www', 'mail', etc. similar types of links. At the end my question was kind of stupid one maybe, but the help was quick, under 15 minutes.
Since this situation I did not had any need to contact their customer service and so far I have not experienced any downturns of the services I use.
