They bought my GREAt host Burlee and have succeeded in ruining my website and business. I cannot even begin to express how LIVID I am with this company.

#1. they lied about my account and said I had to prove that I paid Burlee ... impossible to do that.

#2. Not only bad Customer Service ... they lie and are incometent.

#3 even leaving Interland they wasted DAYS of my time with bonehead errors.

#4 Billingwise, they bill for things that are not even there.

DO NOT USE INTERLAND!!! You have been warrned!

I have 3 Blue Halo plans and they were down at least 2-3 times a month. You call their support and it takes them 1-2 days to even get to the correct people to fix the problem. I am in the process of moving to a new provider.

Our Site is being reconstructed 
with no thanks to our former web host Interland
If you are looking for a web host DON'T use these guys.
You can only imagine my anger, when I found out they deleted all of my web site. There are not enough words that I can print to describe that feeling. To have some one flush you down the drain after the many many hours of work to create the web sites and all the photos. It is very poor business in the manner of how they treat customers. Very inconsiderate company. I guess they really just don't care.
I called them to ask if there was a server problem and they tell me no, and that my account has been closed and all data has been deleted from the web site. I ask why and they tell me that I didn't pay my bill. I said its hard to pay a bill when you didn't receive one. They said oh yes, several were sent by email. I asked if one was sent by snail mail and they said no they only send billings by email. Enough said !!

Interland's support is terrible. Several times the server my website is hosted has been down fro more than 48 hours. When you call the only people you can speak to are ones who can only read answers from a computer screen. Their quality of support has declined over the last 18 months. two years ago I encouraged some friends of mine to use Interland, now I am helping them find another web host.

1 year and 3 months later, no refunds, 3 'customer disservice' reps, 2 managers, 42 emails, 3 lost clients, 2 lost domains, all lost patience and many untruths spilled from Interland after acquiring Interliant hosting accounts. Guess what they don't have the customer 'previous account records'. If that doesn't speak volumes.

Get this.....I was told that 'your settlement agreements cannot be processed because the fax you sent did not print out on one page.' Really, they really did tell me that...several times! I still have the emails.

Then, they told me that they credited my refunds of nearly $400.00 to my American Express.

That would be fine but I've never HAD an American Express.

Then they told me that I would have to prove that I paid Interliant, I would have to prove that I don't (and never have) had an American Express Account and prove that I was due a refund.

Unbelievable. I didn't know dung could be a living breathing entity - but it can! It's alive and well and living at Interland.

I host 100+ domains on two servers leased from Dialtone. They had great customer service. They sold out to Interland and support has taken a nose-dive. As a professional web company dependant on web servers, I cannot afford poor customer support. Interland is one of the worst in the industry from my experience. I am now faced with migrating two servers worth of web sites to get away from Interland.

We've been having trouble with our site on Interland for weeks now and have finally decided to move ISP's. Contact from tech support has been useless when we have had any response at all! For anyone considering using them for hosting, my advice would be - DON'T!!
