Guess what they don't have the customer 'previous account records'. If that doesn't speak volumes.
Get this.....I was told that 'your settlement agreements cannot be processed because the fax you sent did not print out on one page.' Really, they really did tell me that...several times! I still have the emails.
Then, they told me that they credited my refunds of nearly $400.00 to my American Express.
That would be fine but I've never HAD an American Express.
Then they told me that I would have to prove that I paid Interliant, I would have to prove that I don't (and never have) had an American Express Account and prove that I was due a refund.
Unbelievable. I didn't know dung could be a living breathing entity - but it can! It's alive and well and living at Interland. |
