| Thank you for the great service and support. by Paul R. Marshall PhD | | | Mail: | admin@tourettes-disorder.com | | Customer's web site: | http://www.tourettes-disorder.com | | Length of time hosted by this company: | For 3 months - 1 year | | Date when last hosted by this company: | I still do | | Plan used: | Corporate hosting plan | | Customer service rating: | 10 | | Technical quality rating: | 10 | | Cost rating: | 10 | | Overall rating: | 10.00 | Lonex hosting staff have been gracious, courteous, and prompt with my account.
I spent several months looking for the right place to host my personal and non-profit sites after the need arose to grow from a free service I had been used to in the past. Upgrading from the free service to the paid on the current hosting services I was using was no a positive experience.
When I am working with sensitive time dated material I need a response from support within the day, and not within a week or two via e mail. It is also nice to have a personal response rather than a canned answer that leads to more questions. However, most the time this type of customer service was at a price we could not afford.
I was looking for affordability as a non-profit informational site;
Dependability of server up time;
And quality, personal customer service, that was not hard to contact, or a maze of search confusion.
I was disappointed several times during this trial and error period of my search.
Finally with Lonex, it is a relief to find my support request responded to within the hour that they are made from customer service; and if there are more questions they are clarified and followed up on in a prompt manner.
The price is right for us, the service is dependable, and the customer relationship is responsible, curious and prompt.
Thank you Lonex for the great product, service, and support.
