They screwed up the setting of my account from the start and I am fighting everyday with them to get it working. The support always assume that you are doing something wrong until I call them and go through the step with them to prove them my account is a mess. Even then there seem to be a lot of incompetency with different people giving me stupid explanation that they just made up. I would recommend to pay a higher price and avoid them since theur support is just inexistant. |
