After 9 days of bogus answers from tech support I cancelled the account. Well within the 14 day risk free trial. 2 months later, still no refund. No response to email, there phone system does not work. So I called the credit card company and did the only thing I could. Dispute the charge. 6 months later they send a collection agency after me because I disputed the charge. I think 2 months is more then enough to wait for a refund. I got an email confirmation when the account was cancelled so they can't claim I never cancelled it. Bozos. |
