Yesterday, someone tried a hacking attempt on our site and midPhase suspended the account. That is reasonable. Get this: They want us to buy a new account (hosting package) from them because it's not their fault that all this happened.
Ofcourse, they want us to buy a new account, but they don't give you your money back they took from you two months ago, the first time around.
We don't have access to our account, files, and most importantly our database. Money and the database, and everything we had went down the drain. They don't want to do anything about it.
