They're not promising instant response, but they do promise one-hour email response, and of course they do have a phone number you can call in emergencies. We like the fact that they limit the number of users on each server which provides faster and more reliable connections and data transfers. We also like their easy-to-use control panel which you can see demonstrated before you ever sign up. Unless they explode from sheer volume these guys may just take over the whole hosting industry.
They offer 24/7 support and they do not hurry to answer your emails fast. Sometimes it takes hours up to days. |
